1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop operated by bloomLab d.o.o., Čadram 39a, 2317 Oplotnica, Slovenia (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Our online store is intended exclusively for customers who purchase our products for scientific, analytical, or research purposes only. Products are not for medical use or human consumption.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Order Process
The purchase agreement is concluded with bloomLab d.o.o.. The product presentations in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
You can place products into your cart without obligation and make changes at any time before finalizing your order. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. Confirmation of receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after order submission.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the information provided is incomplete, or if legal ambiguity exists regarding product shipment.
3. Contract Language & Storage
The contract language is English.
We store your order information and send it to you by email together with these Terms and Conditions. Registered users can view past orders via their account.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be displayed separately during checkout. We ship within the EU and selected international destinations, using discreet, trackable methods.
Delivery may be refused or delayed if legal conditions for shipment are unclear or if false information is provided by the customer.
5. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card via Stripe
All payment details are handled securely. We do not store card data on our servers. For further info, refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
6. Retention of Title
All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive visibly damaged, notify the delivery service and contact us immediately. This does not affect your legal rights but helps us process claims with couriers.
8. Warranty and Liability for Defects
Our products are offered for research purposes only. Therefore, the standard consumer warranty rights may not apply as the items are not intended for private consumption.
Nevertheless, if products are faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will offer replacements or refunds in accordance with our return policy.
Warranty limitations do not apply in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence
- Willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Violations of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations)
- Obligations under the Product Liability Act
- Fraud or malicious concealment of defects
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages:
- Caused by willful intent or gross negligence
- Resulting from injury to life, health, or physical well-being
- Covered by mandatory law (e.g., Product Liability Act)
For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages. Any further liability is excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Protection of Minors
Our products are not intended for minors. Where required by law, we reserve the right to verify age through a reliable identification process. Goods will only be handed over to the verified purchaser.
